04 Data Usage in Games
We collect information through our games, such as Advertising ID, IP address, device details, and in-game activity, to improve your gaming experience.
05 How We Use Your Data
We use collected information to improve game quality, provide updates, offer support, ensure player safety, and manage advertising responsibly.
06 Online Features
Some of our games offer optional online features, such as leaderboards, replays, sharing player-created content, likes, and cloud saves. They need no account, email address, password, real name, or social login, and our games have no chat.
To run these features, the game creates a random player ID on your device and asks you to pick a display name. Our servers store that ID and name, your in-game results, replay data (recorded in-game movement and controls, never audio, video, or images of you), content you publish, your likes, reports, and blocked players, your saved game progress, and the platform you play on. Your IP address is used only for a moment to limit abusive traffic; we do not store it or use it to identify you.
Display names, results, replays, and published content are visible to other players of the same game. We use this data only to run these features, keep results fair, and moderate content. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
Our servers run on Cloudflare, which processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy and security terms. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Online features are optional: if you play offline, or the platform you play on blocks online services, the game still works and your progress stays on your device.
07 App Stores & Web Game Platforms
Our games are distributed through app stores and web game platforms. Each of them has its own privacy policy and may collect data when you visit or play there. On web game platforms, our games may report basic gameplay events, such as when loading finishes or when gameplay starts and stops, to the platform's own tools so it can measure performance and, where enabled, show ads. These events contain no display name or other personal information.
08 Children's Privacy
Our games are made for a general audience, including younger players. Our online features work without personal information, we offer no chat, and display names can be reported and are moderated. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the minimum age set in your country. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, for example in a display name, contact us and we will delete it.
09 Data Retention & Your Rights
We keep online data only as long as it is needed for the features described above, and you can delete it at any time (see Delete Your Data). Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, or object to the use of your data. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
10 Delete Your Data
Some of our games include online features such as leaderboards, race replays, player-created content, and cloud saves. We keep this online data only while you use these features, and you can delete it at any time from inside the game: open Settings, go to your profile, and choose Delete online data. This permanently removes your player name, results, replays, published content, and cloud save from our servers. Progress stored on your device is not affected.
If you no longer have the game installed, email us at bugigamessocials@gmail.com with your player name and the name of the game, and we will delete your data within 30 days.
11 Report & Block
Where our games show content from other players, such as player names or player-created levels, you can report offensive content and block players directly in the game. Blocked players and their content are hidden from you. Player names and published content must not be offensive; we review every report and remove content or restrict players who break these rules.
12 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our games and services change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update.
